Just Stop

Wherever you are right now,whatever you are doing. Sit back and relax into a chair and receive the blessings of the moment.

Be fully present and just allow life to come to you. Notice how much more attentive you are to what life brings you.

Even if for just a moment don’t feel like you need to do anything. Don’t feel like you need to go anywhere. Don’t feel like you need to be anything or anyone. Let it all go.

Just sit.

Just be.

(Stop reading to sit and do this).

In this moment you are relaxed and engaged with the ever-present flow of life.

Can you see the beauty of the moment unfold before you?
