Trust and Follow

This morning I dreamt of a Bald Eagle. A symbol of spirit and of freedom. It was at eye level with me flying through the air. Its majestic head was so close as it looked back at me and said, “Follow me.”

There are so many changes going on right now in my life. I have just acquired a new place to work from as an Energy Healing Practitioner. I have been working on a Do It Yourself Energy Medicine class that I am teaching in a of couple weeks and am hoping to also turn it into an online e-course. And I am writing a short story that I will submit as a Kindle Single, with the hopes of it becoming a series. My working title is: Mystic Moments of Your Average Mom.

True to my form, I cannot just have one thing going at a time. This is why I am grateful for Eagle to have shown himself in my dreamscape. Even though yes, I have a lot on my plate, yes I am juggling several things amongst fitting in home life. And, yes it can seem overwhelming; if I let my mind go there. But Eagle is a beautiful messenger that tells me all is indeed in proper positioning and that no matter what challenges, time crunches, or hours needed to be put in I am indeed taking the right steps in securing my future. All I need to do is keep trusting that what I am doing is what is supposed to be done. Just trust and follow spirit.

I love the simplicity that it brings and the feeling that none of this has to be hard. Just trust and follow. I will know the steps to take when it is time to take them.

Just because I can channel intuitively – here’s a message for you

I sat down today thinking I knew what I wanted to write about but couldn’t find the paper that I had written on previously. On the paper was a message from one of my newer guides the Goddess Sulis. She came in right around the change of the year for me and has been encouraging me to charge my water (see previous post). Also, ironically as we are surrounded by a large mass of snow, that everyone is not thinking so kindly toward, she has been guiding me to also charge the snow and its water molecules with Love. So I have been doing both. But anyway, I feel like to just hand the mic over almost and just channel write whatever comes through so here goes…

(One thing I want to say about channeling is that it is just simply listening and then relaying the information. This is a natural ability that comes with the building of one’s own intuition. You too can channel the messages of your guides with practice as well and they are SUPER helpful!)

… I close my eyes and take in a nice deep breath, centering in my own being and opening to that space where knowledge and guidance comes in from a higher level. I visually open my crown chakra to the light and let the words flow…

“I am here to tell you that there is something about your present circumstance that does not sit well with you, with any of you. You are a many splendid being and we know that your heart tends to  be in the right place however we see that your mind is often not. Where is your focus? At any given point in the day when you turn your attention inward, what are you focusing on? I would ask you to try this as an experimental experience, maybe set your timer to go off randomly and go on about your business and then at these random dawnings, as time is captured, you will need to physically write down what your thought is at this crucial point of intersecting awareness with your true state of being. What being are you being? After a day you will begin to see where your thoughts lie towards the negative or towards the positive. We are not to judge, we only see what can be improved upon and ask for you to improve your own state of being. Love and gratitude to you, you many splendid beings who choose to lead this life in its grandiose scale and be the brilliant being that you are though quite captured in the experience of humanness. We love you. Bless you.”

Ok, me again…Wow, that was fun and short and simple. It was a woman’s voice speaking but I have no idea who she was. It doesn’t so much matter in this moment, as I just trust and am open to receive, and good things come. I can say that for sure she was someone wanting to speak to you. I think she gives good information and I think I too will take her up on her guidance to take a physical journal of my thought patterns. Good luck to you as you do the same. Revealing what we might not so easily see about ourselves… where we have space to grow.

Namaste,

P.S. I would love to hear your feedback from participating in the experiment so post here 🙂

A Gypsum Soul

I had a feeling that my spiritual guidance wanted to talk to me so I sat down closed my eyes and connected in.

They said, “You are a one of a kind gypsum soul. You were born decades and eons before taking your first breath, taking your first step, saying your first word. The soul that belongs to you has kept many secrets. We are told your troubles are few and far between but like gypsum rock, who you are has been carved by torrent waters. Pieces being etched away and flowing from your soul, to other places, to other locations and destinations. You are one with the all because you are at one with the many. You are at one with many places. Pieces of you are left scattered all around. All around and all through the world. You are her heart and soul, you are her body and spirit.”

When I read back these words what they mean to me, and what they might mean to you, is that the different lifetimes of our souls have been like dissolvable rock as pieces of us have been swept up and deposited at various parts of the world. These are the places where we have lived through many lifetimes. These are the places  where our many bodies have been buried. Do we not have many lines of blood still living, many plots of land still in existence, and many impressions made by our various lifetimes still connected to each one of us?

Wow, I don’t know how to really describe what I am seeing, but it is so beautiful. I am in awe. It’s a soul standing like a starry flower and all of these fronds of different lifetimes cascade down around the soul. Each lifetime is a glistening drop of glowing dew, a ball of light, attached to a wispy little hair, attached to the soul. Some are a life that has been lived and some are lives yet to come. They are all magnificent and all beautiful. And it is the individual lifetime that connects into so many other lives and lifetimes and all through the soul. We are each connected to so many places and time periods on earth, and even some beyond. This is where the gentle flower wakes up and blossoms, drawing in the nourishing water from each drop of glowy dew. I see them all getting sucked up now into the head of the glowy blossom. I actually see it like the fuzzy head of a dandelion before its head opens and seeds disperse. Its hairy tuft is just popping up and it is glowing with a light that overcomes all. Its light is the glow of promise. The soul’s light is the glow of promise. Promise of better days and better ways. And through many lifetimes and many troubles that have been etched into the stone of who we are, we have always been connected to the soul and its promise.

The Earth as a Being – Part I

I recently had a dream about my Grandmother’s land. I was back in the magic and spirit of her garden standing at the edge with my toes just touching the earth, and the first row of vegetables growing below me. What was new in my dream and not plucked from memory was a tree growing at the end of the rows. I was first drawn to look at a white birch and just beyond that a river birch, its trunk peeling and brown. Very clearly, and quite literally, I could see a message from my guidance hanging from the trunk of the river birch. It read, “Park Here.” And then I woke up as I often do at that perfect spot in the dream where I am supposed to remember what I have just experienced. Giving it instant thought I made the connection to another recent message from my guidance telling me that the Earth is one of my spirit guides and that she speaks to me through the trees.

So it seemed I had received an open invitation to make time to park beneath a tree to listen and connect with the divine guidance of Earth. While I still have yet to do so, it made instant sense to me that the Earth would be a spirit guide. Of course she would want to give us all direction, we are her people. If we all tapped into her energy and saw her as a divine being, one who offers guidance, I would like to think she could lend each of us insight in regards to how to live a life of health, balance, and bounty, as that is what she strives for.

Is it not true that so much in nature already reflects back to us who we are? Like the animal who risks its own life to save their endangered offspring. The seed that magically houses the blueprint of what it is supposed to grow and be. The open sky, a space like our mind so wide and vast, seeing both gloomy days and bright, and yet unable to prevent the winds of change that blow in upon the scene. There are many examples and it seems the Earth has a lot to say and a lot to offer. As true as this is on a physical level with food, water, shelter and such, it seems to also be true on a mystical and spiritual level as well.

The timing has purpose for me to explore and deepen my connection with the Earth as I am shifting gears and honing in on finishing my next children’s picture book titled OUR HOME, THE EARTH. She is calling to me to see her come alive through a perception I have not yet experienced and I am brought back to the idea of the Earth as a being. It was a foreign concept to me, even well into my studies of intuition, but once I had heard it spoken the light bulb went on. “Oh yeah, of course the Earth is alive!” It IS a being and the largest most whole expression of life that I am aware of.

My mind wanders now and I have an image of the Earth as a body with a spirit, much like we are body and spirit. I imagine that within her there are cells. Little tiny bits moving around and bumping into one another, coming together to form structures that enable process and function. Then another thought… what if we are like her cells, and as we multiply and do not live in harmony with her body, we become like a cancer to her? Perhaps it is that some “people” cells are proficient and help her to balance and regenerate and others are slow, mucky little beings that quite literally bog her down as the output of their toxicity accumulates within her body. Just as in our own bodies, pollution and disease suck her of her life giving energy that she so naturally shares with us. It seems it would be wise as we pay attention to our own health to pay attention to hers as well. Maybe this is where the importance of connecting with her will teach me how to not only care for her better but how to also care for myself, my body. Perhaps by being detached from the Earth we are detached from a piece of our self, which manifests through sharing a common goal of wanting to be in health, balance, and bounty.

An excerpt from the book OUR HOME, THE EARTH:

“When we take care of the Earth, we take care of each other,

and we take care of ourselves.”
